Who Can Apply

For Alumni: Graduates of AMU, including those with Senior Secondary, Certificate, Diploma, and Degree qualifications.

For Current Students:

  • Final or pre-final year students of four (or more) year Bachelor’s programs.
  • Students who have completed a three-year Bachelor’s program and are currently enrolled in a Master’s program.

Applicants must upload relevant academic documents, such as marksheets, registration cards, or admit cards, depending on their current academic status.

How to Apply

  1. Complete the Online Application Form: Submit the application form before the specified deadline. Ensure that all information provided is accurate and complete.
  2. Upload Required Documents Attach all supporting materials, including: academic transcripts, certificates and relevant achievements, and Essay-based responses.

Evaluation Criteria:

Applications are evaluated on the following aspects:

  • Academic Performance
  • Co-curricular and Extra-curricular Activities
  • Work Experience, Publications, and Leadership Roles
  • Motivation and Commitment to Study Abroad

Applicants who fulfill the criteria will be shortlisted for the interview stage of the selection process.

Interview Round I

This round focuses on assessing your communication skills, clarity of goal, and dedication toward studying abroad. It consists of: 

  1. English Speaking Ability (7–10 minutes)
  2. Motivation & Dedication for Studying Abroad (10–15 minutes)

Interview Round II

The second round evaluates your academic readiness, technical competence, and research potential. It also assesses your ability to adapt, persevere, and thrive in an international academic environment. Key evaluation areas include:

  • Academic Achievements
  • Technical Skills & Research Capability
  • Commitment to Continuous Learning and Growth
  • Ability to Overcome Challenges During Research and Overseas Stay
  • Mental Strength, Determination, and Resilience

Selection Process (combines selection of Students and Awardees)

The selection committee evaluates applicants through a rigorous screening process that includes document reviews and online interviews. The interviews assess English proficiency, technical knowledge, and motivation for higher education abroad. Final awardees are chosen based on a combination of application quality, interview performance, and overall fit with the program.
