  • By accepting the SSMAF fellowship and choosing to join the program, you are confirming that you will not apply for any similar programs or receive benefits from similar programs during the fellowship period. You should be aware that if you breach this condition, SSMAF reserves the right to revoke the awarded fellowship at any time. Additionally, if you have already received the fellowship amount, you are obligated to return it to the SSMAF within 2 weeks.
  • The university selected by the student must accept IELTS/TOEFL as part of their admission process.
  • The fellowship program will reimburse full or a portion of the IELTS/TOEFL fee, ranging from 50% to 100%, depending on the availability of funds. However, this reimbursement does not cover supplementary costs, such as travel, accommodation, etc.
  • Fellowship Duration: The fellowship benefits will be applicable to the eligible recipient for a period of approximately 1.5 to 2 years starting from the date of the announcement of results. The specific end date will be specified in the award letter.

  • Reimbursement will exclusively be processed via a bank transfer to the account held by the awardee.
  • To qualify for reimbursement, the awardee must seek approval from their mentor before taking the test and submit the official IELTS/TOEFL scorecard after the test.
  • The awardee is not eligible for reimbursement if they have already received the test scores prior to the start date of the program.
  • SSMAF reserves the right to publicly share the awardee’s profile, test scores, and admission offer after the awardee has been admitted without requiring explicit consent from the awardee.
  • Failure to attend two consecutive routine meetings with the designated mentor will be considered as the violation of SSMAF policies.
  • Proof of parent’s source of income/profession may be requested at any time to ensure that financial assistance is awarded to deserving candidates who genuinely require support.
  • After a successful admit, the awardees must offer proper guidance and mentoring to their fellow awardees assigned through SSMAF. This reciprocated support will help sustain our mission to contribute to the community.
