Terms and Conditions

The SSMAF Fellowship Terms and Conditions ensure fairness, transparency, and accountability. Below are the key guidelines:

  • Fellowship Duration: Benefits are valid for 1.5–2 years from the announcement date, as specified in the award letter.
  • Attendance Requirement: Failure to attend two consecutive routine meetings with the assigned mentor may result in disqualification.
  • Public Profile: SSMAF reserves the right to share awardee profiles, test scores, and admissions without explicit consent after acceptance.
  • Reciprocal Mentorship: Awardees must mentor and guide future awardees to sustain SSMAF’s mission.
  • Income Verification: Proof of parental income may be requested to ensure financial assistance is provided to deserving candidates.
  • Program Changes: SSMAF reserves the right to modify or terminate the program and update policies on its website without prior notice.
